Your Role as an Electrical Apprentice

As an electrical apprentice, you'll assist in the installation and maintenance of solar, battery storage, and EV charging systems, while learning from experienced professionals.

Where you’ll be working

As part of the apprenticeship programme, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across a variety of work environments. You will work on both residential and commercial renewable energy projects across different locations. This will include:

On-Site Installations:

You’ll be working at clients’ homes, commercial properties, and industrial sites, assisting with the installation of solar panels, PV battery storage systems, and electric vehicle charging points.

Field Operations:

You will travel with our experienced teams to different project sites, learning how to assess locations, conduct site work, and support system installations.

Workshop Training:

You’ll also spend time in our workshop, where you’ll learn about equipment, electrical components, and system configurations in a controlled environment, before applying your knowledge in the field.
